These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gorilla Industries website and the purchase of products from Gorilla Industries. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We sell both new and used automotive parts. Used parts are sold as described and photographed. While we inspect all used parts, they may show signs of wear consistent with their age and use. New parts are sold with manufacturer warranty where applicable.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
New parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Used parts are generally not returnable unless significantly not as described. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. Contact us to discuss any issues.
Gorilla Industries is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the installation or use of products purchased from us. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure parts are suitable for their intended application and installed correctly by a qualified professional.
